Experience
With over 17 years of extensive residential resale and development experience, Michael’s expertise extends across all neighborhoods and property types, with many high-visibility, high net worth clients from the arts, entertainment, and finance communities. In addition to staying active in the luxury re-sale market, Michael also works closely with developers to provide comprehensive advisory services for their residential projects; from helping identify the property initially, consulting on pricing, floor plans and finishes to marketing and sales. In the last year alone Michael represented the seller of the Penthouse at 147 Waverly Place in Greenwich Village that closed for almost $15 million, the buyer of a SoHo penthouse that closed for over $17 million, and managed the successful $54 million sell out of 20 Henry Street, a condominium conversion project in Brooklyn Heights. Michael has become a trusted advisor for developers when considering purchasing high end development sites and has been the exclusive sales and marketing agent for a number of highly regarded development projects, including 61 North Moore, 62 Cooper Square, the Porterhouse, 129 Lafayette Street, 160 Wooster Street, Thorndale Condominium, the Hit Factory, 136 Baxter Street, One Hanson Place and 20 Henry Street. He has consistently been one of Stribling’s highest producers and is considered one of the top residential brokers in New York City.
